골로새서(Col.) 2:16 - 골로새서(Col.) 2:23

16	그러므로 먹고 마시는 것과 절기나 초하루나 안식일을 이유로 누구든지 너희를 비판하지 못하게 하라
17	이것들은 장래 일의 그림자이나 몸은 그리스도의 것이니라
18	아무도 꾸며낸 겸손과 천사 숭배를 이유로 너희를 정죄하지 못하게 하라 그가 그 본 것에 의지하여 그 육신의 생각을 따라 헛되어 과장하고
19	머리를 붙들지 아니하는지라 온 몸이 머리로 말미암아 마디와 힘줄로 공급함을 받고 연합하여 하나님이 자라게 하시므로 자라느니라
20	너희가 세상의 초등학문에서 그리스도와 함께 죽었거든 어찌하여 세상에 사는 것과 같이 규례에 순종하느냐
21	(곧 붙잡지도 말고 맛보지도 말고 만지지도 말라 하는 것이니
22	이 모든 것은 한때 쓰이고는 없어지리라) 사람의 명령과 가르침을 따르느냐
23	이런 것들은 자의적 숭배와 겸손과 몸을 괴롭게 하는 데는 지혜 있는 모양이나 오직 육체 따르는 것을 금하는 데는 조금도 유익이 없느니라

Let No One Disqualify You

16 Therefore let no one pass judgment on you in questions of food and drink, or with regard to a festival or a new moon or a Sabbath. 17 These are a shadow of the things to come, but the substance belongs to Christ. 18 Let no one disqualify you, insisting on asceticism and worship of angels, going on in detail about visions,¹ puffed up without reason by his sensuous mind, 19 and not holding fast to the Head, from whom the whole body, nourished and knit together through its joints and ligaments, grows with a growth that is from God.

20 If with Christ you died to the elemental spirits of the world, why, as if you were still alive in the world, do you submit to regulations—21 “Do not handle, Do not taste, Do not touch” 22 (referring to things that all perish as they are used)—according to human precepts and teachings? 23 These have indeed an appearance of wisdom in promoting self-made religion and asceticism and severity to the body, but they are of no value in stopping the indulgence of the flesh.
