시편(Psalm) 56:1 - 시편(Psalm) 56:13

1	하나님이여 내게 은혜를 베푸소서 사람이 나를 삼키려고 종일 치며 압제하나이다
2	내 원수가 종일 나를 삼키려 하며 나를 교만하게 치는 자들이 많사오니
3	내가 두려워하는 날에는 내가 주를 의지하리이다
4	내가 하나님을 의지하고 그 말씀을 찬송하올지라 내가 하나님을 의지하였은즉 두려워하지 아니하리니 혈육을 가진 사람이 내게 어찌하리이까
5	그들이 종일 내 말을 곡해하며 나를 치는 그들의 모든 생각은 사악이라
6	그들이 내 생명을 엿보았던 것과 같이 또 모여 숨어 내 발자취를 지켜보나이다
7	그들이 악을 행하고야 안전하오리이까 하나님이여 분노하사 뭇 백성을 낮추소서
8	나의 유리함을 주께서 계수하셨사오니 나의 눈물을 주의 병에 담으소서 이것이 주의 책에 기록되지 아니하였나이까
9	내가 아뢰는 날에 내 원수들이 물러가리니 이것으로 하나님이 내 편이심을 내가 아나이다
10	내가 하나님을 의지하여 그의 말씀을 찬송하며 여호와를 의지하여 그의 말씀을 찬송하리이다
11	내가 하나님을 의지하였은즉 두려워하지 아니하리니 사람이 내게 어찌하리이까
12	하나님이여 내가 주께 서원함이 있사온즉 내가 감사제를 주께 드리리니
13	주께서 내 생명을 사망에서 건지셨음이라 주께서 나로 하나님 앞, 생명의 빛에 다니게 하시려고 실족하지 아니하게 하지 아니하셨나이까

In God I Trust

To the choirmaster: according to The Dove on Far-off Terebinths. A Miktam¹ of David, when the Philistines seized him in Gath.

1   Be gracious to me, O God, for man tramples on me;
    all day long an attacker oppresses me;
2   my enemies trample on me all day long,
    for many attack me proudly.
3   When I am afraid,
    I put my trust in you.
4   In God, whose word I praise,
    in God I trust; I shall not be afraid.
    What can flesh do to me?
5   All day long they injure my cause;²
    all their thoughts are against me for evil.
6   They stir up strife, they lurk;
    they watch my steps,
    as they have waited for my life.
7   For their crime will they escape?
    In wrath cast down the peoples, O God!
8   You have kept count of my tossings;³
    put my tears in your bottle.
    Are they not in your book?
9   Then my enemies will turn back
    in the day when I call.
    This I know, that⁴ God is for me.
10   In God, whose word I praise,
    in the LORD, whose word I praise,
11   in God I trust; I shall not be afraid.
    What can man do to me?
12   I must perform my vows to you, O God;
    I will render thank offerings to you.
13   For you have delivered my soul from death,
    yes, my feet from falling,
  that I may walk before God
    in the light of life.
