시편 (Ps) 81:1 - 시편 (Ps) 81:16

1	우리의 능력이 되시는 하나님을 향하여 기쁘게 노래하며 야곱의 하나님을 향하여 즐거이 소리칠 지어다
2	시를 읊으며 소고를 치고 아름다운 수금에 비파를 아우를지어다
3	초하루와 보름과 우리의 명절에 나팔을 불지어다
4	이는 이스라엘의 율례요 야곱의 하나님의 규례로다
5	하나님이 애굽 땅을 치러 나아가시던 때에 요셉의 족속 중에 이를 증거로 세우셨도다 거기서 내가 알지 못하던 말씀을 들었나니
6	이르시되 내가 그의 어깨에서 짐을 벗기고 그의 손에서 광주리를 놓게 하였도다
7	네가 고난 중에 부르짖으매 내가 너를 건졌고 우렛소리의 은밀한 곳에서 네게 응답하며 므리바 물가에서 너를 시험하였도다 (셀라)
8	내 백성이여 들으라 내가 네게 증언하리라 이스라엘이여 내게 듣기를 원하노라
9	너희 중에 다른 신을 두지 말며 이방 신에게 절하지 말지어다
10	나는 너를 애굽 땅에서 인도하여낸 여호와 네 하나님이니 네 입을 크게 열라 내가 채우리라 하였으나
11	내 백성이 내 소리를 듣지 아니하며 이스라엘이 나를 원하지 아니하였도다
12	그러므로 내가 그의 마음을 완악한 대로 버려 두어 그의 임의대로 행하게 하였도다
13	내 백성아 내 말을 들으라 이스라엘아 내 도를 따르라
14	그리하면 내가 속히 그들의 원수를 누르고 내 손을 돌려 그들의 대적들을 치리니
15	여호와를 미워하는 자는 그에게 복종하는 체 할지라도 그들의 시대는 영원히 계속되리라
16	또 내가 기름진 밀을 그들에게 먹이며 반석에서 나오는 꿀로 너를 만족하게 하리라 하셨도다

Psalm 81 (Listen)

Oh, That My People Would Listen to Me

To the choirmaster: according to The Gittith.¹ Of Asaph.

1   Sing aloud to God our strength;
    shout for joy to the God of Jacob!
2   Raise a song; sound the tambourine,
    the sweet lyre with the harp.
3   Blow the trumpet at the new moon,
    at the full moon, on our feast day.
4   For it is a statute for Israel,
    a rule² of the God of Jacob.
5   He made it a decree in Joseph
    when he went out over³ the land of Egypt.
  I hear a language I had not known:
6   “I relieved your⁴ shoulder of the burden;
    your hands were freed from the basket.
7   In distress you called, and I delivered you;
    I answered you in the secret place of thunder;
    I tested you at the waters of Meribah. Selah
8   Hear, O my people, while I admonish you!
    O Israel, if you would but listen to me!
9   There shall be no strange god among you;
    you shall not bow down to a foreign god.
10   I am the LORD your God,
    who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.
    Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.
11   “But my people did not listen to my voice;
    Israel would not submit to me.
12   So I gave them over to their stubborn hearts,
    to follow their own counsels.
13   Oh, that my people would listen to me,
    that Israel would walk in my ways!
14   I would soon subdue their enemies
    and turn my hand against their foes.
15   Those who hate the LORD would cringe toward him,
    and their fate would last forever.
16   But he would feed you⁵ with the finest of the wheat,
    and with honey from the rock I would satisfy you.”
