시편 (Ps) 116:1 - 시편 (Ps) 116:19

1	여호와께서 내 음성과 내 간구를 들으시므로 내가 그를 사랑하는도다
2	그의 귀를 내게 기울이셨으므로 내가 평생에 기도하리로다
3	사망의 줄이 나를 두르고 스올의 고통이 내게 이르므로 내가 환난과 슬픔을 만났을 때에
4	내가 여호와의 이름으로 기도하기를 여호와여 주께 구하오니 내 영혼을 건지소서 하였도다
5	여호와는 은혜로우시며 의로우시며 우리 하나님은 긍휼이 많으시도다
6	여호와께서는 순진한 자를 지키시나니 내가 어려울 때에 나를 구원하셨도다
7	내 영혼아 네 평안함으로 돌아갈지어다 여호와께서 너를 후대하심이로다
8	주께서 내 영혼을 사망에서, 내 눈을 눈물에서, 내 발을 넘어짐에서 건지셨나이다
9	내가 생명이 있는 땅에서 여호와 앞에 행하리로다
10	내가 크게 고통을 당하였다고 말할 때에도 나는 믿었도다
11	내가 놀라서 이르기를 모든 사람이 거짓말쟁이라 하였도다
12	내게 주신 모든 은혜를 내가 여호와께 무엇으로 보답할까
13	내가 구원의 잔을 들고 여호와의 이름을 부르며
14	여호와의 모든 백성 앞에서 나는 나의 서원을 여호와께 갚으리로다
15	그의 경건한 자들의 죽음은 여호와께서 보시기에 귀중한 것이로다
16	여호와여 나는 진실로 주의 종이요 주의 여종의 아들 곧 주의 종이라 주께서 나의 결박을 푸셨나이다
17	내가 주께 감사제를 드리고 여호와의 이름을 부르리이다
18	내가 여호와께 서원한 것을 그의 모든 백성이 보는 앞에서 내가 지키리로다
19	예루살렘아, 네 한가운데에서 곧 여호와의 성전 뜰에서 지키리로다 할렐루야

Psalm 116 (Listen)

I Love the Lord

1   I love the LORD, because he has heard
    my voice and my pleas for mercy.
2   Because he inclined his ear to me,
    therefore I will call on him as long as I live.
3   The snares of death encompassed me;
    the pangs of Sheol laid hold on me;
    I suffered distress and anguish.
4   Then I called on the name of the LORD:
    “O LORD, I pray, deliver my soul!”
5   Gracious is the LORD, and righteous;
    our God is merciful.
6   The LORD preserves the simple;
    when I was brought low, he saved me.
7   Return, O my soul, to your rest;
    for the LORD has dealt bountifully with you.
8   For you have delivered my soul from death,
    my eyes from tears,
    my feet from stumbling;
9   I will walk before the LORD
    in the land of the living.
10   I believed, even when¹ I spoke:
    “I am greatly afflicted”;
11   I said in my alarm,
    “All mankind are liars.”
12   What shall I render to the LORD
    for all his benefits to me?
13   I will lift up the cup of salvation
    and call on the name of the LORD,
14   I will pay my vows to the LORD
    in the presence of all his people.
15   Precious in the sight of the LORD
    is the death of his saints.
16   O LORD, I am your servant;
    I am your servant, the son of your maidservant.
    You have loosed my bonds.
17   I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving
    and call on the name of the LORD.
18   I will pay my vows to the LORD
    in the presence of all his people,
19   in the courts of the house of the LORD,
    in your midst, O Jerusalem.
